• Equip line management with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans such as performance management, absence management, career management etc
• Provide personal support on the implementation of HR initiatives in support of the HR strategy.
• Drive, influence, advise and support the cultural aspects of organizational change, people processes and business improvement initiatives within the region in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for flexibility and planned growth

We are looking for a driven leader to become our General Manager, heading a tight-knit team of young energetic dedicated staff to take us to another level. We want a team player who can think outside the box, inspire, lead, and deliver quality and excellence.
Your full-time role will include providing a full range of company management duties including:
Customer care:
Maintain agreed performance levels for all customersVisit several key customers, ensure their needs are being met, and develop further business etc.
Financial and reporting:
Prepare the annual budget for the company in conjunction with the Accountant and other staffMonitoring revenues and billing on an ongoing basisRun a profitable media companyPresent financial reports to the directors
Staff and resources utilisation:
Develop staff to their fullest potentialRun a great organisation where staff are motivated and committedThis is an autonomous role and you need to be comfortable being independent and making decisions. You need to be self-directed and have organizational and problem-solving skills.
